Also use http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/ as your antivirus make sure to uninstall AVG. Then choose a firewall i recommend pctools firewall as its light and easy to use. http://www.pctools.com/firewall/

Do the other scan with Superantispyware aswell and download CCleaner http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ during the installation make sure to deselect the yahoo toolbar once its installed press run cleaner make sure all your browsers are closed.
