Hi All
I've finally listed something on Amazon - first time I've listed here. So, my target for 3 items is done! On the other hand, it was so easy, I think I'll be adding to it very soon.
Doodledo - on second thoughts, could you amend my challenge on the front page to £1000 by 31/12/09? It's a tall order, but hey, it's worth a try!
Thanks

I like the idea of this, but in practise I never actually get stuff listed :S I go through phases of listing loadsss and then I grind to a halt for weeks/months!
My only aim is to get all my old uni books listed and sold on Amazon before April. I have been meaning to do this for AGES *ashamed*0 -
Ooh, hippy-chicy, you're in about the same financial hole as me and starting at the same time! Well done and Good luck!! :T
Looks like we are ...we will have to keep giving each other a push to get ourselves out of it !!
Good luck with the challenge ! I've copied your idea and added a line to my signature:j0 -
OK, decided on my target. £225 to clear an annoying overdraft that's costing me £1.50 interest every month.
Target will be met when I've transferred £225 from PayPal to clear the o/d.
Really glad this has been started - will keep me motivated. The only time I sold stuff on eBay before, it was very successful but at that point I was very motivated because I had to earn the money for a big purchase I *really* wanted.
Am going to start listing tonight. :cool:DFW Official Nerd Club #1114

Listed 4 items today on ebay and trying to sort out a few more bits and pieces to list to get to a total of 10! I'm keeping the blurb short and sweet on the descriptions!2024 Challenges

Can I join as well?
Aiming to be DF by the end of the year if not earlier.
I need to generate an extra £250 per month to do this on top of the allocated monthly debt payments. I'm trying to list a couple of items a day so that it doesn't become too onerous  .
For me its the extra money I need to get DF this year which is keeping me going.

Hi can you update my target to £80 a month? I'm going to go for eBay, Amazon, Green Met plus a car boot in the Spring, but can't start for another week or so.0

Hi
Please can you add my name to this challenge too. I have loads (and I mean loads) of craft bits and bobs - some was quite pricey at the time - that I would love to sell on Ebay. My problem is that, although I have bought a few things in the past, I have never sold anything and have not the first idea where to start.
Is there anyone who could give me a few easy tips or point me in the direction of a link?
I would like to make £100 per month but not sure if this is feasible. I moved house recently and had a proper clear out and put tons of stuff on Freecycle as that was the easiest thing to do so once the craft stuff goes, I will be stuck for things to sell.
Great idea by the way - I have not joined a challenge on here before, so I hope I can keep up with you all.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0
