BT increase call set-up charge

From 16th January 2009, BT have increased it's residential call set-up charge from 6.85p to 8p (inc VAT)

I expect most other operators to also increase their set-up charges shortly..

Regards
Sunil

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    I know, how terrible.

Such a surprise that a private company might just want to try and recoup some of the massive investment that they're making.
