Sandra - I hope your son gets well soon, my thoughts are with you both.

I am still waiting for CS to get back to me about the delivery driver letting himself into my house, they launched an investigation but havent been able to speak to him as he has been on holiday but he is back today. I just want it all sorting now.

Amazing how .com are OOS on some items but they are still able to send out replacements if an item is damaged, it seems hit and miss as to what CS do about dmaged deliveries, i only ever get told to send it back and await a refund, where as others get compensation, to keep the item and a replacement or both. I really must be more pushy next time, if anything arrives damaged which is highly likely with .com.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!

I'm in Edinburgh, so it can't be that. Perhaps it's down to the individual manager? But come to think of it the staff were going to the tills after the store opened with their baskets, so perhaps they were ones that weren't on shift yet. I know they're not allowed to put things aside or buy when actually working.

they are in my local store:rolleyes:

    Hi Sally

I didn't on Wednesday but on Thursday 2 women were fighting over a BRatz toothbrush. (lol) Lady 1 said she had put it on the shelf because she was sorting out her things. I think lady 2 tried to take it - in the end lady one did offer it to her but she didn't take it.

How much do you want the S&G Grab Bag??? I bought one from .com in the 50% sale for £8.81 (just checked price). You are quite welcome to have it at this price. Let me know - if you want it, its yours

are you sure dee753? don't you want it? that's really kind of you:A I'm kicking myself I didn't buy one when I saw them in kensington at 1/2 price:rolleyes:

you are so kind. You've already come to my rescue once before when I couldn't get a No7 mirror. That's 2 favours I owe you:D

Why are these Liplicious sets so popular? I got a bonbon Liplicious in some set or other and found it hideously gloopy and hairstickingly annoying. :rotfl: First person to pm me their address can have it, with my compliments!

    Now taken!

That's the old formula Liplicious...like superglue in lip gloss form...the new range is much much much nicer - not sticky at all, and lovely sheer glossy colours :)

  • May not be on for a while. My DS was taken ill unexpectedly, & rushed to hospital this evening, DGC distraught and unconsolable. Can't sleep so whiled away some time, looking on Fleabay.

One lovely lady has 137 items to sell, all Boots, all By It Now, totalling ....£666 - the Devil Incarnate.

Goodness knows what else has been sold by her since Wednesday. So that's where all the stuff has gone - fair or what?

oh dear sandra i am so sorry. I will be thinking off you all take care. ((hugs))
