I will make you green with envy now then!!!! I was so lucky I managed to get one of these and it's so nice. I had gone in one day after the sale and saw nothing much left except a diary i wanted so went downstairs to pay for it along with some No 7 clearance bits and I saw a SA stood by the tills with one over her shoulder. I asked her if there were anymore around and she said no but you can have this one, it had been left behind the tills and she was about to put it on the sale shelf!!! I couldn't believe my luck and happily took it off her!
But on the day of the sale in Bristol Cribbs there were a load of these but I couldn't carry it at the time and didn't really investigate what it was. It was only after I realised my mistake!!! I also didn't pick up a P & P gift set either and regret that now!!!! Never mind!!
If I see another on my travels, will pick it up for someone.
Wheres the smiley that has streams of tears running down its face.
Someone on here offered me one, but pulled out at the last minute.
I had woke up this morning telling myself that i didnt need one, my mum would just have to have something else instead.
And i was dealing with it.
But now you've put that its made me want one all over again.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -

Hi
Don't mean to rub salt into the wound but I also bought one of the NO7 bags and I am very impressed with all the bits and pieces in it.
I wish I had known that you wanted one as they had loads in my local (saw them on a trolley the night before).
I would have grabbed another one. Next year we should have a buddy system for top wanted items.
The bag was good for storing my sale items in it on the day off the sale.
Sorry again0 -

Oh that good to hear that it is strong as I want to use it as my 'ladies handbag' when I fly anywhere!!! Hopefully I can get away with a small trolley case then also!!
I forgot to say on clearance this week I got this lovely No 7 gift set with a battery operated massager in it and 3 full size products, Completely Quenching and Really Renewing and something else I think. It was in a large round box like a hatbox. Paid in point to the value of £7.50!! I think it could have been stock from earlier last year. It was a bargain as it's a lovely set!:T0 -
Stop it teasing its not fair.
(stamps feet whilst throwing one almighty hissy fit)
Angie100 - yes it is the one with the brolley and travel bits in it.
I would be forever greatful if anyone finds one and sells it to me.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Sandra...Hope your DS improves quickly :A
Cannot believe how much stuff that ebayer has selling but how funny her total is £666 :rotfl:
The staff in my local were allowed to do their shopping while the customers all waited outside for the shop to open. I know exactly where all the top value items went as their stock room door is right by the entrance.
Imagine watching all the P & P and Soap & Glory lovely things disappearing right infront of your eyes..LOL...think I may become a Boots employee.0 -

Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A0 -
That plan might work, but you could be thwarted. I think at many places staff will go at it before the store opens or the second it does, and the good stuff will disappear fast. I imagine a few of those items on ebay are from employees, who were not only able to get their hands on lots of it but got an employee discount to boot. Imagine how much you could make on a p&p set that was what, 85% off or so for employees, especially if you broke it down and sold the items individually.
I'm not saying it's a bad idea to get there first thing next year, I just think it would be really interesting to compare what was there the night before at closing with what is there when the doors open.
I sussed out the Leeds centre store the day before the 75% sale, so that I could write a list and be in and out very quickly the next day (as I didn't want to be in there ages with two small children). Was very surprised the day before to see LOADS of Sanctuary weekend spa retreat sets and was definitely going to get one. Got there very soon after opening (9.15) and there weren't any. I definitely think they had all been bought before the store opened!!0
