I don't think there is a definitive answer, sorry!! One person posted on here that they had spoken to CS who had stated there would be no further sales online, but the message on the sale update is the same as previously & states they are looking into it.

And after all the mis-information from Head Office over when the sale would go live (between 7am & 7pm, after advertising it first, etc) we know we can't beleive anything we're told!

Its just going to be another waiting game, unless the message on .com changes!

Well I think it's because all the folk that have had things sitting in their baskets for weeks waiting for the moment to buy have all given up in despair and had a clean out. And now the ONE unsold S&G set in the whole of Boots.com is showing up as in stock again, rather than being virtually in 50,000 shopping baskets simultaneously.

C'mon guys, tell me about Advantage Card bonus points mailings, please! I am going loopy not knowing if I have a mislaid one here I need to hunt for or if I haven't received it yet!

I was ill for a prolonged period recently and my house is chaos, hence having no clue what's going on, or where anything is! (That is my excuse and I am sticking to it!)

yes thats true, they said they were going to tell us and they never. The cs staff seem to know no more than we do

You can return it if it's unopened and you bring the receipt. If ordered online, printout the info from your order history online because that shows the price you paid.

Normally they do & pre this fiasco, we were reliably informed that the date would be Wednesday 28th Jan, but with the way it is looking & the lack of any decent stock (unless you want wrapping paper, etc) its not gonna be worth it, anyway!

If they ever get their act together & get this sale online, even at 75%, I'll eat my hat!!

I'm sure its been on here that its 27th (the day before the new GWP starts) but I might be wrong - I've read so much on here, my brain hurts!! :rotfl:
