Which Broadband and phone package??

We are currently with Tiscali for Broadband and Telephone we have unlimited usage on our internet 8meg connection(that's the maximum our line will accept) and Phone line rental and inclusive 24/7 calls to Uk landlines for £25+ VAT per month.

Am thinking of switching ISP and would be looking for a deal where you get phone+broadband package. The only reason I am thinking of switching is Tiscali offer free phone line rental but not available in my area, they have been saying they are upgrading exchanges for the past 12 months or more and have still not done anything.

Which is the best package available at the moment??
