  • Hi All

    Today I have/will:

-Researched the company I have an interview with on Monday. The place sounds really exciting :D Am at work today and not much to do so am utilising the time well. Will also drive to and find today the place where my interview is so I don't get lost on Monday. Going to look for a new suit today after work which isn't very MSE but I need to feel confident so I have more chance of getting the job.
-Done my first free scratchcard with a St. M site - 10p - are there any other sites I can use other than St.M so I don't get kicked off?
    -Taken lunch into work
-Print out mystery shop brief for Monday
    -Looked for more mystery shops
-Checked online banking and transferred money to a new account that my bank told me about when I was transferreing money to my ISA. My interest rate on my savings has now gone up from point 1 of a percent to 6 percent, suprised they even told me about it!

    • daily clicks
    • daily free scratchcards

  • Good afternoon everyone.

Haven't posted much this week and for that I am truly sorry:D

    But I have been busy;)

I have been good in the week because I have been busy and dh has been at work I haven't spent an awful lot as i had no car.

    So today I have
Checked online banking. I have been really good this week, lived from storecupboard/freezer. Ds and mate said weren't fussed about kebab/chips, so had sausages and mash  (I love those boys).
Checked Credit Card. I put ds new laptop on it on thursday, he will give me cash on tuesday when he gets savings out, i will pay directly off cc along with £244 by 9 feb. then I can pay the £479 from my wages when I receive cc bill with his laptop on so I am a happy bunny. (it does make sense homest)
I have tweaked new internet security I paid for along with new laptop as offer was a good deal and it will go on all computers in house.
Washing hanging on line, nice and windy
ds decent t-shirts hand washed on line
Omlettes for everyone for lunch, they were yummy.
I will put washing from holiday away, some can go straight back in case in loft.
I did by some vacuum bags in week from poundland, they are really good ones. So I am going to go an minimize my storage in a bit.
I will amend some spreadsheets for work later should only take me about an hour, but psychologically I will feel much better when I start again tomorrow.
I will ring my mum, not dfw but i am using minutes on my phone.
Soak dogs new dog food, it was free dd left it here last time she stayed and Meggy loves it, little pig.
Dont have many receipts/bills to put away so i will do those
I will write all my codes/pins/logins in a new phone book. I have a system of names that would be really dificult to follow but it makes sense to me.:rotfl:
I will burn the old one
make chocolate crispy cakes for ds. I know he's nearly 15 but so what:eek:
Do diary for week so I know where everyone is.
Ring friend see when she is off work I know she has 2 weeks of in Feb, some serious catching up needs to be done:D

    Little things
I will put ds loaf in bread maker, then make one for us
make ds pack up for work for tomorrow including mince pies 6 for 25p from farmfoods
I will iron stuff as i pack it away in cases
Do emails for maintenance of apartment building in Turkey. Took this on because it is good to know what is going on, but just chose a poor time to start it when I am already overloaded.
Draft email to Parent Partnership to say I have enjoyed my time volunteering with them, but feel it is time to move on. (Since ds has been home educated I have felt a bit of a fraud supporting parents to keep their children in school, and out of touch with what goes on in school to support SEN children with literacy, with their peers etc because it all changes so quickly)
Think that will be it for today
    Enjoy your saturday folks:D
My finances are work in progress.
    Normal veiwing will resume shortly
