I seem to have a problem with my laptop today.
Screen looks a bit large and colours are not right.
Friend used it last week trying to view photos on TV.
Has not been right since.
Any idea what he may have changed that would cause these problems.
A message came up today saying something about windows Aero.
I don't have windows Aero or whatever it was.
Think I may also have some google problem.
Thank You for any help.

You do have aero. Its just a part of vista that very few people use, but you DO have it.:idea:0

right click your desktop > personalize (sic) > display settings and slide the bar to the right to increase the resolution.
To get rid of Aero
right click your desktop > personalize (sic) > windows color (sic) and appearance > change it to anything but Aero.
I wish when you choose UK English as a language it'd give us proper spelling.0 -

It doesn't have Aero, You have Windows Vista Standard, And Windows Vista Basic, no aero, you have the shadow around the boxes etc, but no transparant look, no flip 3D, No preview boxes on toolbarThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
