They'll be investigating your account for the possibility of money-laundering. The example you've given is not the best way to operate a credit card.

i know but if you paying something on your debit card you get nothing, and 1.5% is 1.5% every little helps...
i was not aware of the concern of money laundering at all....

hopefully they still give me the cashback money

Running an account like that will flag up for money laundering, and don't be suprised if they close it.

You can run CC accounts in credit is there is a good reason, say, a large refund that you are using slowly, you overpaid by accident, but funding it to spend? Even I would have a close look to see why, and spending 1000's like that, yes it will get flagged for further investigation. Don't forget it is the law in the UK for banks and CC companies to report this.
