Phonebox direct cashback claim uncertainty, can anyone advise?

Hi All. Just sent the following email to Phoneboxdirect about my first cashback claim: basically, I'm not sure which bill to send off. Perhaps somepone else has worked it out before and can tell me what to do. Thanks everyone.

I am having a little trouble understanding which bill I need to send you in order to make my cashbak claim. On your cashback claim form it says to send, for instalment 1, the copy of the bill that shows I have been connected for 120 days, for example if I was connected on 1st Jan then I would need to send in the bill dated around 1st May.

I have recenty recieved my fourth bill from Three, but I am not sure if this is the one which shows I have been connected for 120 days. The first bill I recieved from Three only has a bill date, not a connection date, and that date is 19 Oct 2005. If 19th Oct 05 was the date that I was connected, then I assume I would need to send in my next bill from February, since that would show 120 days connection. The bill I have just recieved shows the date 19 Jan 2006.

The instructions for Instalments 2 to 5 however simply say you need to recieve the bill that shows therespective 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th months tariff charges. So that would lead me to think that I should send the fourth months bill for the first installment of my cashback claim.

Please can you tell me which bill I should send in. Should it be the fourth bill I have just recieved, or should I wait for the my fifth Three bill to come through in February?
