Hi C,
Thats a bit of a bu**er about your job isn't it???!!! Just as I start mine you'll be due for yours to end, will you get redundancy? Maybe you go back to HQ again now the children are older?
Good luck with the diary and your BR, will keep reading and supporting you,

Sorry to hear about your job H. At least you are doing well with the BR funds. That is £121 more than I have

Well todays instalment, got home from work to find the first letter from a company called 'Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited' (Pre Court division) saying they have been instructed by Nationwide Building Society to collect my overdue debt. Apparently the payment should be submitted in full within 7 days. If i dont contact them by 24.1 it may result in legal proceedings.
Do i advise them that im going bankrupt or just wait for the bods to turn up?:beer:0 -
Evening hg,
The general advice is not to tell creditors about impending BR - it just makes them step up a gear in their efforts!
I love the Pre-Court Division bit ........
If you can survive the hassle.....
grin and bear it - not long now!

I had a similar thing with Argos although it had not been passed onto a DCA. Being a man and made of stern stuff I panicked straight away
and was advised to ignore it as they will not have time to enforce anything by the time I go to court.
As SA says dont tell them you are going BR and try to face it out.

Hi HG,
Don't worry about Moorcroft, it will be some time before they are able to set a court date by which time you'll be BR :j:j
Hope today was ok at work, twins and I have come down with the lurgy (viral cold/throat thingy) think we will all be in bed early tonight!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0
