Spent all of yesterday trying to phone the CAB and ACAS, only managed to speak to someone from Jobcentre Plus who could only really say that I'd probably only receive council tax benefit on reduced hours, as my hourly wage was relatively high nothing else would apply. If only I had kids!!!!!!

My telephone line has a major fault and am low on mobile credit, will I get through today before the money runs out??

I may be back later with a list of questions!
