to block out the name of the item

I figured that, I just found it distracting!

The buyer does sound like a bit of a loose cannon though, should have checked your description properly.

Amazon use stock photos - you can put a note to say your item is different, but in my experience buyers dont read it.

You are not allowed to do that, if your item isn't the same as the catalogue then you can't sell the item. It is a real no no on Amazon, just see the attacks on the seller board when someone suggests it.

If you are a pro seller you can make a new catalogue entry for many things and use that to list your item correctly. If the Amazon catalogue is wrong then it is best to email them and ask them to change it.

well i refunded him earlier as he stated that he didn't want this particular item without x and the item i am selling doesn't have x and now I get this message

"please just send me the BLACK xxxxxxx xxxxx pleaase no refund wanted or needed. but i do need it within a week for going on holiday please. from George"

i will now remove the black one and also the pink one from sale temporarily as i forgot earlier!

i think i said description earlier, when i meant to say title. The title clearly stated what the item was including the word pink!

the item i am selling was exactly as per the title, picture and description. the picture was of the pink one and the title clearly stated that it was pink, so i really don't know what this buyer was on when he bought it.

I think that is a good idea, I can forsee another problem if said item fails to turn up in time for his holiday!

Please Amazon, let us block buyers......

  • What's wrong with pink for god's sake. There's a guy in our motorcycle club who is happily married with kids and has a pink 1000cc bike.

I've owned pink shirts and other items of clothing since the 60s. The guy needs to get a life.

pink and black items both temporarily removed from amazon.

I replied to the buyer for the last time stating that he had already been refunded.

I get the feeling it's not going to be the last I hear from him though
