I just sold an item on amazon marketplace about an hour ago.
I just got a message from the buyer "your said this was a xxxxxx xxx"
I replied that yes it is a xxxxxx xxx. I then checked the order in my Amazon account and he has left me 1/5 stating "showed wrong item"
I double checked and the item I am selling is exactly as listed
I then get another message
"you said this was a xxxxxx xxx. i want 1 of those or you can keep the pink xxx xxxxxx im a guy for !!!! sake what do i want with a pink xxxxx xxxxxx."
I calmly replied that he had purchased a pink version of the item and copied and pasted the item description which was in the email received from him.
now got
"believe me the picture was a xxxxx xxxxxx one i dont want a pink one so please send me a xxxxxxx xxxx or a manly xxx. yhank you but the picture was wrong that was on ur discriptioin."

What an idiot  Can you leave him negative back? Tell him (to quote the movie "Alfie") that a man who is comfortable with his sexuality shouldn't fear pink :rotfl:We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

I've spoken to Amazon customer services and they are going to investigate but can't promise they will remove it as it doesn't breach any policies. They have confirmed i listed the item correctly though. The person I spoke to thinks there is a high chance it will still be removed but can't promise anything.0

I've replied to the buyer stating that I am sorry if he purchased the wrong item, but all he had to do was email and ask to cancel and I would have refunded him. There was no need to swear at me or leave negative feedback when I have done nothing wrong.
I told him that Amazon have confirmed that the item is listed correctly and I have asked him to remove the feedback and said I will refund him.
I do also have the item in black which I could send him if he wanted, but I don't want to deal with him anymore now. I will just refund him.0 -
keep on at customer services, sometimes it takes a couple of attempts. The feedback does also breach their policies for feedback, sort of, where a neg will now be removed if it is a review of the item and not the seller. It could be argued that hating the colour of the item in the Amazon catalogue is a review of the item.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Can I suggest that you remove your other one from sale at the moment as he sounds dim enough to try and buy the one he wants and I agree that you shouldn't have to deal with such an idiot.
I do wish we could block buyers on Amazon like we can on Ebay.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yay it's been removed! I'm not sure if Amazon or the buyer did it. I did ask the buyer to remove it but not sure if he was capable of performing such a task.
He has just emailed to ask if I will be sending him a black one or refunding him.0 -
He just emailed again to tell me that he removed the feedback. I'm surprised he managed that.
The black item I have is the same as the pink one. He seems to think the one he thought he was buying is a slightly different item or something. I think I will just refund him.0
