Here are ten English and Welsh towns where the housing market remains buoyant and properties are still being snapped up. This is followed by the ten towns that have borne the worst of the downturn.
Interesting that most of the bottom 10 are in Wales or are blighted by being near Wales :rotfl:
The top 10 are in the South where people are renowned for paying too much for their homes and their beer.
BEST TEN or WORST TEN?
Maybe the 'worst ten' are the best areas to rent and the 'best ten' are the areas with the most gullible people.

No idea why it would be a place to beat the house slump though?
This is what i cannot understand. I live in St Neots which is only 7 miles or so away but we are showing 598 properties for sale and a 174 day ToM based on Home.co.uk surveys. No reason to suggest that it is any different as spursboy's points are more or less also mirrored here.
Blame it on dodgy survey..........:rotfl:0
