free avon samples

I got an e-mail from them too saying they'd send me some stuff out. But i did take the time to write a longish mail about having been a customer etc and with having moved away I hadn't found a new rep but YAY I can order online but it's been a while so the products i used to order have all apparently changed and I'm very confused *blink blink* :rolleyes:

I guess we'll wait and see what arrives
If they do me a good set of samples then I might just buy some more from them. There are a few bits on there that I am wondering about buying so if they are nice to me then I might buy those bits from them instead of similar products else where

I got some good samples too, as well as being signed up to their email list and sent a catalogue in the post. I don't mind either, and actually went to place an order on their website using the catalogue as a reference. That's when I noticed that some of the things on their site which I particularly wanted are £1-3 more expensive that they are in the catalogue. I sent an email enquiring why but didn't get a reply.

I sent them a lovely long email too, telling them how my skin's changed, and i'm looking for something that'll be kinder to it, and all they sent me was a sachet of body lotion :mad:

I got a polite email informing me that Avon do not make recommedations or send out samples but that they have a 100% guarantee which gives you the right to return products you are not satisfied with. Oh well

wierd, coz we know for sure that they do provide free samples!

i wonder whta the limit on teh 100% refund thingie is, i mean if you ordered 30 different things and used tehm all once or twice and said you werent happy, would they refund all 30?!

I also sent a nice detailed email a few weeks ago with lots of details of what i was looking for, and got back: an email and a catalogue. Booooo.
