The missus just said that Ebay are updating restructuring or something, and you have to update (she wasn't sure what!) . So I guess it will be safe to download, as it seems to be happening to quite a few people. Spikey Do you keep Windows update up to date security etc. These are the Good 'ol Days just wait and see!0

im not trying to be harsh here but that link works fine for me.. Ebay requires nothing to work except the odd bit of java - but even java is not required to just view ads.
Its very difficult to have a clue what this is about without knowing what it is trying to download. How about taking a screen grab for us.0 -

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
ebay does not require that you download anything to view their website0 -
Gunner I would normally agree whole heartedly with what you said however If the download is not happening on any other website and only on Ebay then it must be targeting computers that don't either have a certain component installed to view the pages or do not have all windows updates up to date (security issue). If windows not up to date or no security software installed then obv tread very carefully...do Ebay not have a page to search for any changes to their software/maintenance etcThese are the Good 'ol Days just wait and see!0

The page I went to was a microsoft update page and I downloaded an update on something or other 6.0 (not very helpful eh?
). I think I cancelled the download or I saved it instead of running it.... as I never know which to do
I THINK it saved as zlssetup or something similar in my documents file.
Just run, run and keep on running!0 -
In which case I think this points to an IExplorer update patch which may or not be installed and Ebay needs the update to show pages correctly. These are the Good 'ol Days just wait and see!0

JAYJAY if you go to the windows update website just click which components you wish to install. Critical Software updates are most important they will self install on the computer once downloaded from the Microsoft websiteThese are the Good 'ol Days just wait and see!0
