    It should be fine Carter, I have a 3.5 litre cooker and have used slightly larger measurements than that and it was fine.

    Keep an eye on it though, if you can.

    Hello, do you think there is any way of doing this without any coconut milk? Have loads of dessicated coconut though. It sounds lovely.

  • Tesco Watford have Slow cookers @£17 which is apparently 1/2 price and they are in the clubcard double deal thing so effectively £8.50p :)

    Just got one this morning. Venison casserole tonight and rice pud tomorrow :)

    Thsi is a fairly big pud enough for about 8 people but it will all get eaten :cool:

    I made this yesterday and I cooked it on the low setting for 4 hours and then the high setting for the final 30 minutes and it was cooked. It was delicious - just how my granny used to make it for us! :j
