seller sending 2 seperate parcels

Posted yesterday. I know this is a bit delayed, unfortunately i had some bad news so things got left on hold. I have posted your printer and cables seperately but sent at the same time. Royal Mail recommended i do it that way for some reason?

give it a few days to see if it turns up and if not try to contact the buyer and find out by what method they sent the printer

Ask for a tracking number, if he doesn't have one then you have PayPal on your side in the event of a dispute

Might have been some health and safety thing due to it being electrics

possibly, but I doubt that an electrical item that has no power running through it is going to caused any health and safety concerns...but who knows? The rules can be pretty ridiculous

I quite often split things up and send in two parcels as it can work out cheaper.

If the seller sent it by standard parcel post on Tuesday, then it has until Friday to arrive, but I'd give it until Saturday and then consider taking further action on Monday morning.

I've order items from big companies in the past such as play.com and even though they send at the same time, I've had for example 4 turn up but the 5th one turn maybe a week later.

It's somthing to do with that black hole at the post office!
