went to the fitzwilliam,

the choice was:
pork belly
risotto
fishcakes

i had the risotto and was very dissapointed-it tasted like bolognaise sauce
The OH had pork belly, it was lovely and presented very well the only thing was the portions where very small.

Mmmm for £6.95 for a main course and a glass of wine I wonder why that would be?...

Sorry but I think these voucher things are just a scam
1. To sell papers
2. Get punters into restaurants when they will buy more than the voucher covers and hopefully be so impressed will tell all your friends, come back and pay full whack.

Hi Guys,

Might do the Me:nu one. Isn't a bad place, but my goodness, they must struggle - any time I pass that place there are about 3 or 4 folk at the most in it !! Am not sure how on earth they survive !!

Do you need the vouchers, folks, or can you just mention when booking..?
