at the medicals do you sign the doctors report then before you leave?

no i did'nt sign anything . still not heard from them about it yet, but received a letter today saying benefit going up in April !! so will prob phone at end of week ..but worried anyway..

was brave and rang them .said they have'nt received the notes back yet from medical and can now take up to 6 months due to back log ...ah well least know

oh jamla that's shocking news. they obviously don't care about the stress this is giving you! are you at least still getting paid benefits for now or have they stopped them altogether and you've got to wait for 6 months to find out what happens next?

I sent my IB50 in over xmas and they received it around 10th January but Ive not heard if I need to go for a medical or not yet. Does anyone know how long this part takes or what could be holding them up?

my form was end of september and sent off, I had medical end January, they can now take 6 months to hear from medical !

Someone I spoke to on another forum sent their IB50 off and within 3 weeks had a reply to say they didnt need a medical and would be another 12 months before they renewed them

also read after medical ,10 days later they had a reply back.
