I did not order the Wii Fit but other goods, I have been refunded the £30 and I was not sent the code. They have tightened up who can use the codes and if you cannot use it then usually the order will not go through. I still got a bargain if they take it back though as I bought school clothes and sale goods.

Surely if you paid by card you authorised them to take £41.48 & not the amount if there was no discount?

Thats what I thought! That's what I'll be arguing if they don't honour it.

Ring them up - worked for me on something different I had ordered, although dispatch time was a couple of weeks away!!

That is something that was argued last year when it happened, I am not sure what the ultimate outcome was but they have tighened up on who can use the codes since, I always err on the side of caution when using the Shop Direct Group for this reason. I guess it comes down to the one person who decides they are going to fight them in court over it and find out exactly what they can and cannot do - until that moment it seems they can do what they like!!

i did this and my order came wasnt for a wii just baby things, they took money from bank and credited the 30 back in bank so is it possible that they might even try to take it back again ?
