The best bird in our garden was a goldfinch sitting on a teasel and pecking at the seeds in it:beer:Any war that lasts for longer than five years should be declared a draw.:beer:0

I lived in South London for my first 24 years and used the tube to get to school in Westimster and to University and teacher training after that. When we married we decided to leave the noise and the bustle behind and moved to leafy Hampshire. We live on the very edge of a small market town and overlook a farm and countryside. I can't see us moving again unless it's to liquidise the equity on our house.:beer:Any war that lasts for longer than five years should be declared a draw.:beer:0

Back home. Let the rabbits into the garden for a bit to let them play in the snow - they loved it! Shame about the growly dog that lives in the garden at the bottom, but there is a proper fence so no chance of anything horrible happening (and I'm always out there when they are playing - never unsupervised!). Took some pics but was getting dark so don't know if they will come out ok - will see when I can get on the pc (no card reader on lappy).
We've decided to go for chicken kievs, mushy peas and homemade chips for dinner. I'd love to be able to russle up a vege lasagne though Bella, are they easy?
I almost forgot it was our "night in" tonight... I'm in though of course - after dinner with OH.Life is all about the journey.0 -
We're having Chicken Kievs and potato wedges for dinner
(M&S kievs too from when we had the vouchers from Sky the other week!)
