Morning all.
It's even snowing here in Blackpool, oh wait, it's stopped. We've had a dusting, the kids are at school and so they should be. Al's sentiments agreed with. Though Buster was funny walking back from school, he was chasing the falling snowflakes!

Morning all! Just some light snow up here in my part of bonnie Scotland. It's bloody freezing though!!! :eek:

Well it's the first post day of Feb (if the posties can get to work) and i'm hoping that this will be the start of a winning Feb. Fingers crossed.

Hope you all enjoy the snow! Seen some pics on Gmtv and it's pretty deep in some parts. xx

brrr we got snow, dd went out to catch her bus and was hoping it wouldnt come but it did, half an hour later she rings me to say people are getting off the bus and going home cos they think weather is going to get worse, told her on no account to get off the bus unless she has a lift to get back home, think she will be home before home time though as me and oh used to go to the same school and they used to send us home when it started snowing because the buses used to get stuck. We used to love it when we was young getting sent home because of the snow, we then used to all pile into the local woods at the back of my house where there was a big hill and take either sledges (the posh people had those) and the rest of us had fertilizer bags (most parents worked on farms around us)which we sat on and slid down the hill all day:D then went home freezing, knackered but happy, took big woks and dd to the hill a couple of years ago when there was a fair bit of snow and the parernts were getting the kids to go down the hill halfway down because it was too dangerous from the top:rotfl: did we care when we was little, no we used to fly over sticking up tree trunks into bramble type bushes and allsorts, and no one broke a leg or arm, well none that I knew off:D
Mr woks was hoping I was going to say I had won a sledge this morning when I told him I had won something and wasnt too impressed when i informed him it was a bob the builder cardigan for little woks:rolleyes: little woks is impressed though. Got to ring the school up in a sec cos little woks has got earache and a sore throat, :rolleyes:he's only been back at school a week:rolleyes:

thank you, everything always looks so pretty when snow has fallen and everything is white, its when its goes and melts then everything back to looking grey..

Yay! paul home!!! eventually! bless him he has been out since 6am trying to to get to his client, but his clients arent their cos of snow and all at the horsham office have been delayed/trapped across south so he can work from home, he has just made me swear not to keep bugging him as he has to work lots, so i will make an effort to annoy/irritate more than usual xxx
Gonna take evan sledging after school so ev will be made up, we r expecting more snow this afternoon xxx
