I fell over and my hip is sore and bruised. It was because I leaned over and my chair went flying under me.

Alula, welcome back. We noticed you won Lush while you were away, TBH I volunteered to take delivery for you, so not much left!!! LOL. Looking forward to seeing some pics.
Nicky, no matter how old they get they still need their Mums don't they. Sounds pretty scary, and I really hope a doctor comes out to help you later.
Would've been amazing if Claire finished off her winning streak with an Absolute win! It was great seeing Compers unite in action though! I have a little warm glow, or is that my age?
Have a hosp appt today and gonna use the fact I have to leave the house to venture further afield, so want to try going to a supermarket in a town on the moors where no-one will know me so hopefully not be too scary. Its a grey day here, but dry, and it would be lovely to rise to the challenge of being out and perhaps walk to the top of a tor and breathe some fresh air. Did that at nine months with LO and it made labour come on!
Hope everyone has a lucky comping day.But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0 -
Nicky ...Hope she'll be ok...Its awful seeing your kids upset especially when theyre that age....I remember Reece having Bronchitus about 6 years ago he was so ill he couldnt stand...Couldnt get a doctor out at all and had to take him to the emergency clinic...The doctor was talking to me on phone and heard him coughiong and said rush him down here as soon as you can he sounds very ill....He had very bad Bronchitus and had slight asthma...Doctor gave him loads of medication and said get him some soup quick as possible his sugar levels were dangerously low.....NHS is carp...It has left him with a very weak chest and if he gets a cough and cold he is very ill....I would rather have all of the illnesses than see my kids suffer like that...Its heartbreaking...
Sorry ladies...Good Morning and by the way ...I would LOVE to do a bit of Cross Stitch with our Martin......All that in and out with a needle....Phew making me sweat thinking bout it..:eek:Best Competition Wins-Brand New Vauxhall Corsa & £30000 -

Thanks hun, seems silly when they are grown up but it's just the same isn't it, Dr has called back (still trying to wriggle out of the visit ) He says unless she can swallow some antibiotics he may have to send her back to hospital as it's probably got infected. She said she'll try and swallow them if its the end of her lol
PMSL you made me giggle re Martin :rotfl:That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free0 -
Nicky you never stop worrying whatever age they are...I think sometimes its worse when they older....Where Reece works there have been 2 Murders in the last 3 months right outside the club and last week a lad beaten up very bad. He's critical in hospital...Reece text me sunday to say I'm in the pub..Boss paying me to watch when the Police open the road back up so I can unlock the club again...I checked news and another incident...Reece has to walk back to his house sometimes 1 in the morning...It's no wonder I wake at 2 and 4 and cant sleep.Best Competition Wins-Brand New Vauxhall Corsa & £30000

You're not alone hun, my son went out Monday night and was walking back,he wasn't in when we went to bed so I spent the night dozing and dreaming that he'd been stabbed and mugged and had his phone taken so he couldn't get help. Turns out he came in 30 mins after we went to bed and was quiet and didnt put the light on so I didnt know  If only they knew how much we worried, when I told DS about it in the morning he just said "you muppet" :rotfl:That ain't working! Reece is same...I'm fine mom dont worry...You can imagine when your watching the news though and his club..which is just a front door..small place is on the screen...Road and surrounding areas blocked by police and man 21 years of age fatally stabbed right outside at 3.30 in morning...Reece finished work that night at about 3.15....John was in fishing competition...I had no credit on mobile only free texts so texted reece see if he ok but no answer cause he got no credit either ...Just sat here sobbing and shaking cause I didnt know how to contact him....an hour later he signs into msn......:oBest Competition Wins-Brand New Vauxhall Corsa & £30000
