OMG! I can now sympathsise with all you Mum's with young kiddies that wake up early! My DD(25) who most of you know had her tonsils out on Monday, got me up at 5am because she's in so much pain, her throat has closed up and it's given her asthma which she hasn't had a problem with for years, and she was in such a state, crying poor thing which was making it worse. Tried to get the idoc but NHS told me to take her to A&E and call an ambulance if she wasn't up to it, which we thought was a bit extreme! She just needs some proper pain killers! They sent her her home from hospital with just ordinary Paracetamol and Ibruprofen. Anyway she has dozed off again now and I am waiting for 8.30 so I can call and beg for a GP home visit as she is definitely not up to going to the Surgery. I'm yawning my head off, so not used to sleep interruption ant more

Nicky ... Your poor daughter, and even though they are older they still need their mother what ever age...I hope you get the doctor to come out and give strong pain killers...and loosing your sllep is hard, because i had such a shock with ds when i had him and had not done the sleepness thing for years...
Hope she feels better real soon xx

I fell over and my hip is sore and bruised. It was because I leaned over and my chair went flying under me.

Yes, I was sober. It's an office chair on wheels; I was leaning and stretching as I often do but it decided to buck me off onto a stack of metal shelves I had on the floor ready to put up. OWWWW!! LoL.

I am going to the freebies thread to order a heat pain relief thingy.

Ok to it's damp and foggy and miserable outside but I'm determined to have a good productive day! Gonna be in the inn but gonna try and resist temptation to comp until later... so only kind of a secret comper today!

Thanks Splodz, I got a visit, but I feel a bit like a criminal asking for one! You have to be practically dead it seems, for heavens sake she had a pretty major op for an adult 3 mornings ago. ( I fibbed and said I couldn't drive her down )
