Got into work late this morning but didn't matter as network was down - only just been able to log in! Oh well.
Weighed in this morning and only lost half a pound this week. Can't make any excuses, just need to work harder this week! Will go and post on the fb thread shortly.

Yes it's very dry... I only had one when I logged in this morning which I passed on, created my one new one, and now have just sent you one nips!
I'm online all morning (being a secret comper... can't get on work email only on net so they're asking for it if you ask me!!!) so if there are any I can pass on...Life is all about the journey.0
