Sounds like a nice birthday evening RCB (and free drinks and cake are always good!). I've started playing badminton again and I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Went twice last week and have booked a court for tomorrow evening. Playing against OH though and while I'm fitter so can run around more, his tactics are to slam the shuttlecock into my stomach to make returning it impossible!

  • Good Morning all,

Had a bad night last night - the pain killers didn't seem to work but i think that was cos i had a fall - i was in such agony - i asked my mum to stay with me ( i know at 25 that is quite sad! Lol) but i didn't want to be on my own, so she stayed in my bed with me.

Happy Birthday RCB :) Sorry i don't know how to do anything fancy - but have a fab day xxxxx

I had some good news whilst i was in hospital - natwest finally paid me the PPI they owed me (thanks to the FOS who got them to pay me within 2 months when i had been trying for 14 months!!!) - Just over a thousand pounds so that was a nice surprise as i had £4.62 in the bank when i went in hospital xxxxx

Ah Katie is there anything else the docs can do to help you?
I would want someone to stay with me too... and you can't beat your mum's company when you are feeling poorly.
    Excellent about the money though.

  • Thanks Cathy and Spoldz :)

It's such a good job my mum and dad were in when i fell yesterday - otherwise i'd still be stuck there!!!

I have the dr today at 4.20pm so i am hoping she can explain my MRI results to me and see what else she can do until i see the neurologist a week today xxxx

Made up about the money - just when i needed it the most xxxx

    Message from Adam at Dubit

    Good Morning all,

My name is Adam, I work at Dubit and as many of you already know I have been working on the much discussed Zubo Competition. We have now managed to activate the winner’s notifications on the website. I would ask that those of you who took part in the competition login to the site www.zubo.ea.com/uk/ to see if you have won! Those of you who have already contacted me with your details do not need to do this as your prizes will be dispatched shortly.

As I am sure you are aware there were no contact details taken from the Zubo site, therefore the only contact details (email addresses etc) that I have are from people who have contacted me. So, if there is anyone that you know who also entered the competition but does not frequent this message board it would be greatly appreciated if you could ask them to login to the site and check to see if they have won.

I hope that this resolves the issue and I am genuinely sorry for the delay,

    Adam
  • Happy birthday, RCB! :) Morning (/afternoon) all.
