pp why not just throw a piece of steak, pork or chicken in a pan to fry just to accomply it, then he cannot moan, he has meat! Why is it men think they cannot survive without meat, my oh opened a packed of choc biscuits and ate the whole packet through out the day, I was really good, had none!
But the day will come when I can start making comments about his belly/bum etc

Its is a shame I always used to what his program with morph, we are all showing our age!
I hope the replay some of his programmes in his memory because my daughter would love to watch them!

Nothing parciular nips, just trying to lose a little bit off my stomach, thighs and bum ready for my holiday... healthy eating and exercise all the way is what I need!

Have you thought of putting them into utube, she could watch them that way (obviously inbetween parcel passing) LOL x
