T-mobile Website Deals

Hiya

On T-mobiles website they say they do next day delivery. Having looked everywhere on there site i cant see anywhere does it state that they deliver on a Saturday......Does any one know if they do cos i want to order a phone from them but i dont want to have to take a day off work just to stay in for it to be delivered....

The courier would leave it with a neighbour. Or, they would leave you a card to either arrange for delivery on another day or for you to collect from the local distribution point.

You could phone TM and ask them what they would do.

You may be able to specify an alternate delivery address (work), but some companies will not do this.

yeah had a look for there numberbut all they have on there website is the shortcuts if u call on a T-mobile phone and im on orange at the moment lol

Would they use a courier or would they use SPecial delivery???

From the T Mobile site -Providing your order is received and accepted before 7:30PM, we will normally deliver phones to your home address by Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm next working day. There are no weekend deliveries. Hope this helps

Here's a freephone number for TMobile: 0808 1219999

They sometimes use couriers. Even if they Used Royal Mail Special Delivery they would leave a card for you to collect, or leave it with a neighbour.

Well I ordered a few weeks ago and it came special delivery. I think they deliver all the pay monthly phones by special delivery. And as thats royal mail im sure they deliver saturday.

They are good at delivering though as I ordered at 7:45pm and it was there in the morning. So if you order friday im sure it should come. Maybe like others have said check with t-mobile or royal mail if special deliveries operate on saturday. Im sure they do though.
