Just an update we have gone with the 3k quote, they have upgraded the glass to soft coat and argon filled, and i changed the design yet again on one of the windows which has been done for free, i feel i have got a good price with all the added extras included compared to other quotes.
Its a small family firm thats been here for 40 years, i know in this climate nothing is definate but they have loads of good feedback and a bad reputation would soon spread.
