Poor service from Webmaster at MSE.COM

Sent an email on 11 Jan, no reply, so sent another on 18 Jan, still no reply whatsoever, not even to say they couldnt help or that there would be a delay in responding. Not a good service as I have helped this sites funding by using the affiliated clicks.

Sorry to hear you have had this issue Philip. I know there have been some problems lately with emails not getting through as they should, so I suspect this may be the case with yours.

Firstly my apologies on behalf of MSE for the delays you have experienced. Aliasojo is correct to say that we have had some email issues due to a migration to a new server so the team are playing catchup.

When you email the webmaster you should get an auto-response that lists the most common questions asked 90% of peoples questions are answered by those. However it also includes another email further help at moneysavingexpert.com which illiicits a direct response if the question isn't answered.
Overall the site and i get more than 1000 emails a day from users, not counting the abuse reports, and there simply isn't the time to deal with them all directly. Hence the system above. I suspect what's happened here is the auto-response may've triggered your spam filter. Please try again, if you dont get the auto-response then email the address above, if no one replies to that within three or four days send me a PM on here and i will try and sort it personally
