No idea about the Scotland aspect, sorrry, but reclaiming charges is a completely different thing to the CCA, so no point in waiting. :)
Never underestimate the power of the techno-geek... ;)
  • Okay finally got a letter for trespass to send to Provident, it will be sent tommorrow now, but it done.Just doing this to hold them off till CCA comes in the post and thats when i will decide how to deal with them, not the other way round :p
Got argos statement today pay £5.43 a month to them for insurance if i become unemployed, been unemployed for 5 months now never used it, gonna calculate it up and send it off and ask for repayment of it,no harm in trying.
But would be good if i got it back would bring my balance down and i would be able to pay it off before summer this year.

Have 4 debts that i want paid off before summer so all in all it looking good and on track hopefully until something or someone throws a spanner in the work. if i manage to pay off these debts i will only have 2 left mortgage and lombard loan (paid off July 10). So not long to go.
Okay thats it fur now hope everyone is well and if i need any more help i know where to come cheers ;)
