    Hi still trying to work out rough figures for contributions for IPA etc could someone pls advise how I work out the % my income is £1425 and OH is £1180 we have have total expenditure of £2479

    Queen, you need to calculate your total household expenditure.

    Based on the income figures you gave, you would pay 55% and your OH would pay 45% of that total.

    That should enable you to calculate the contribution you both pay.

    sorry merry-gentry could you just explain to me how you calculated my contribution of £1114 and my OH of £912, sorry to be a pest but I want to make sure that when my forms are here I fill them out correctly as on my original for the court we were advised to put full income on both for each of us so that is what I did

    Queen, this is the percentages you need to use to work out how much you and your husband put as a contribution on each other's SOA. I have done the actual calculation as it was all getting too confusing.
