How often (or not!) have you won prizes?

I just enter comps I am interested in, and it depends on how busy I am as to how many I enter. Last year I won about £350 of stuff, plus a priceless experience (being part of an AC/DC music video shoot) but I didn't enter comps every day and could have put a lot more effort in.

I win about 1 in every 400 based on last year. I won 4 massive prizes last year of over £1000 each, including the wish list & 3 holidays/short breaks abroad. Total for last year just under £10K. I try to enter for what I want only but can end up with other stuff/tickets which I give away or occasionally sell. The more you enter the more chances you have, some times you can go months with nothing or very little & then you can get a biggie drop in!

2 were 3 days weekends away. But yeah last year was a lucky one for hols.

When i first started last may then i had my first win within 2 weeks. One of those prizes i won in the first month was a large case of wine, tickets and extras! I was enterering between 100-200 a day back then. Prizes started drying up around august so i cut down to only about 10 comps per day(if that) as i was too tired due to my pregnancy to sit so long at the pc and i still won something! I'm back doing my comps every day but i think i enter about 50 now. I usually only choose the things i really want or need now. Last year i won over £750 worth of prizes! Still waiting on my first 2009 win so fingers crossed! Good luck! x

I started comping March last year and have won at least 2 things every month, I enter about 30 comps a day and only stuff I can use.
My second win was a trip for 2 to Glasgow with Virgin trains with 1st class rail travel, 2 nights accomodation and dinner. My total tally of prizes last year was over £2500, I got really lucky.
It's a great hobby if you have some free time and you've stumbled upon the best site on the web, with the nicest people !

I try to do at least 200 a day and did well from the end of last year 30th dec I won a bottle of champagne worth £145, january so far - £70 of lush products, cheese and wine hamper, toxic mystery prize and sure there is some other stuff i cant remember about:rolleyes:

I think i must average about 100 comps a day - anything i want or anything i can use as xmas pressies etc for frriends/family,hope to help save a few pennies at xmas this year.
I have been comping whilst on maternity leave & think i've been quite lucky & last year won a holiday to Lanzarote which i was able to take my son with us, not a bad 1st holiday for him!! haha Otherwise i was getting a win about every 2 weeks.
I think its the anticipation of 'will the next one be a big one' or 'will the postie bring me a surprise win today'. I have had a few wins for my son which is great for him too.:j
I didnt know there were any other comp sites you could trust so tend to stay on MSE:D

Well I must have entered over 100 yesterday, I doubt I'll be able to keep that up as I did pretty much nothing else, but still I iwll try to keep this up as long as I can, and will let you guys know if I win anything...

I have entered mostly for stuff I want or if I think someone else would want it. Have entered a few on behalf of my Dad!

i enter maybe 50 - 100+ a day and win a prize almost everyday. Normally only small but I have been very lucky the last few months and won some nice big prizes
