Had a really bad weekend. My mum's uncle has died so I've been spending time with my family. Also some idiot boy racer overtook me today on a residential road and chucked something out of the window which hit my windscreen. There's a chip on it now so I am going to have to call Autoglass tomorrow to get it fixed.
Flipping idiot, I reported him to the police as I managed to get his number plate (bless my photographic memory!) but the woman said that there was not a lot they could do as there were no witnesses. Hopefully someone else has already reported him to the police. I hope that karma works it's magic and he gets done for dangerous driving soon (without hurting anyone else obviously).
Anyway, must shake that off as nothing else I can do. My to-do list for tomorrow is:- [STRIKE]Call Autoglass[/STRIKE]
- Put on a wash before work and hang out to try after work
- Find 10 items to list on Ebay and photograph them
- Do at least 100 questions on AQA
- [STRIKE]Post off Ebay items[/STRIKE]
- Do 2 reviews on Dooyoo
- Check survey sites and complete any emailed surveys
- [STRIKE]Check mystery shopping sites for jobs[/STRIKE]
- Enter at least 20 competitions
- Send off for at least 5 freebies
I had to buy some new foundation yesterday so used my Pinecone vouchers to buy some Tesco foundation for £6. I have to say it is brilliant!! I highly recommend it. I also spent the other £3 worth on stuff for my sandwiches for the week. I was going to sell the vouchers but have instead transferred the £9 into my savings account to go towards my £250 target. Only £241 to go!

Might have to re-think my list for today. I've got another cold and feel dreadful. Have been at work all day though.
I need to get an early night so will limit myself to listing my Ebay items and doing as many questions as I can.
I did manage to get a mystery shop for the beginning of February.

Hi emily, just wondering how you ae as I havent seen you around. Are you over your cold yet? Take care of yourself :A0

Hi everyone
Sorry I haven't posted recently. I am finally over my nasty cold. Had to go to the hospital in the end and get some strong antibiotics which seem to have done the trick. I still managed to avoid going sick though
My doctor also gave me an inhaler to try which I have never had before. I've been on it for a week and have to say that I feel a lot better. My chest feels clearer and I'm not getting out of breath as much as I was.
Unfortunately my little guinea pig Gary died last night. It was very sudden and there was nothing that I could do for him in the end except for sitting with him and stroking him as he died. My rabbit seems a bit lost so I have bought him in the house and will look into getting him an indoor cage ASAP (although will have to raise the money for this somehow!). I think at the weekend I will clean out his hutch and try to sell that so I can go and buy the cage. He is quite old now for a rabbit (5 years) so I think that he will be happier in doors now that he has nobody to snuggle up with.
I had my first DMP review last week and because of the extra hours that I am doing my payment has been upped to £813. I know that seems an awful lot but I am going to try my best to pay this as it means that my new DFD is September 2012.
I also had a chat to the counsellor and I asked him what would be best to do if I had a small windfall (not that I have or am expecting one!) and he said that the best thing to do would be to make a full and final offer to one of my creditors. I thought that I had to get enough money to do F&Fs to all of my creditors at once so that is good news.
I'm still working on paying off my family loans at the moment. I'm starting all over again as had to use the money I had previously saved up to pay the rest of my tax bill. So the plan is:
February - pay off my sister (£250)
March - pay off my uncle (£300)
April - pay off my mum (£500)
When I have paid these off, I am going to start saving to make F&F's on my other debts one by one, starting with the smallest. Hopefully this way I can cut my DFD down to April 2011.
I'm going to think of some ways to get together the £250 for my sister by the end of the month and post again later.

Glad you are ok Em.
Wow £813 seems a whole lot of money but as long as it dosent put too much pressure on you then thats ok.
