    Ebay items up to £29.67 :j .

There aren't any dressmaking courses close to me in the near future so I'm going to try and teach myself with a book or something. There are distance learning courses but they are all way too expensive.

First step is to get a sewing machine. I have put a post on Freecycle to see if anyone has one they don't use but have also seen one in Tesco for less than £30. I might get that one if I can't find any on Freecycle. Will wait a few days though.

A lovely lady has just replied to my post on Freecycle saying that her friend has a sewing machine that she is giving away so will pass on my details to her.

Might get one sooner than I thought :D .

Ebay items up to £32.06. I really don't think they are going to reach £100 by tomorrow at all. With my BINs I've got £52.06. I am going to have to frantically look for something else to sell I think.

My guaranteed money so far is:

    £66 - mystery shopping
    £52.06 - Ebay
    £10.66 - change jar
    £20 - sale of hutch

    Total - £148.72

Not looking that great I guess, still need to find £100 and I certainly don't have that much left to sell on Ebay.

Will get my thinking cap on ;)

Thanks, I think it would be such a wonderful thing to be able to create my own clothes. I've told some people at work that I want to get into it and they were all really excited about knowing someone that would be able to do alterations as apparantly there aren't that many people around that do it anymore  .

I'm not sure how I will get on but I think it is a skill that can be learnt. I have never tried it before but can't really afford to spend much money on it so will be trying to get everything as cheap as possible/free to begin with.

Ebay has crept up to £34.27. I've also just done a Pinecone survey so an extra £3 should be hitting my Paypal account soon :D .

I've been playing Bingoport bingo in the background all evening and am up to 4k in points which I can up to 5k by doing my daily forum posts. I should be able to get at least another £5 Amazon voucher on there by Thursday which I can list on Ebay.

I just can't find anything else to list on Ebay. I'm going to keep looking on Freecycle and see if there are any things that people are giving away and don't mind if people sell them on.

    Morning all

My Ebay items are up to £35.43. I think I would be happy with £50 for them which would be £70 including my BINs.

I've got £12.06 in my change jar now, put my quid in for today and the rest of the loose change in my purse (which now includes 20s as am getting desperate  ). I'm not going to have any money left in my purse soon but maybe that's not a bad thing ;) .

Off to my mum's this afternoon but always take my laptop with me so can keep watch on my Ebay items and answer some questions.

With the dressmaking, I have decided that I would be better off taking professional lessons. I'm going to have to wait until they start a new class which will probably be September time. No rush though and if I can save up for my own sewing machine in the meantime then all the better and I can practice at home what I learn in the classes.
