My order has arrived in a tragically mashed up and taped box but the contents are fine. When I finally managed to order last Wed it went through at full price so I emailled asking for a refund on the overcharge. I didn't hear anything so I rang cust serv. and was told that they would refund if I called back and quoted the ref number I was given. I then received an email from them saying they wouldn't refund and I would have to buy the goods at full price!!!! I ignored the email and rang CS quoting my ref no and was given the 75% refund. I really cannot believe the hassle this sale has been for eveyone and think that we have earned any bargains that we have managed to get (professional ebayers and sell-ons excepted).0

Has the 75% off sale finished online?
They had issues online and stopped it. Word is that they will start it again, but no-one knows when.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

We'd like to apologise for any confusion caused and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

Sorry, but thats old news. Its said exactly that since the afternoon the sale went live, when it crashed. We're waiting for information as to when they will re-start the sale, as .com CS has stated that the sale will be advertised in advance of them re-instating it.
The 90% off was due to start next wed (28th) so we're also waiting to see if the sale is a 75% or 90% one!

The Boots 75% sale is back online!!! So much for advertising. After a week of checking god knows how many times a day the couple of bits I had hoped to get my little girl have sold out
Gutted!! Good Luck to the rest of you hope you get something you want. I live in hope that the stocks may be replenished but very much doubt it:rolleyes:
