Great news - Freemans have tried to deliver my sammy this morning - ordered on monday night the newer model with freeview for £700.

Am now trying to see if they will redeliver - but great news that this has actually arrived (well almost!)

Result - one TV sitting in my lounge waiting to be unpacked and set up when the OH gets in. Parcelforce redelivered the item within half an hour of me ringing them to see if the delivery man could come back.

Took 4 days from time of placing order to delivery

I have ordered a second one, cleared my cookies first. It accepted the order and have confirmation. The money hasnt been reserved on my credit card yet though it took a while the first time. It is out of stock so could take a while to come through.

So they seem to be not keen on supplying. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Hi, anyone has problems with the code.??? 30%

I have ordered and discount was taken off at checkout and now a week on i was expecting delivery any day.

I just received an email from freemans saying they have canceled my order: "With regards to your recent order,unfortunately we were unable to process this due to the discount offer code not being valid for electrical items.Please click on to our terms & conditions for full details.

I dont understand how everyone else seems to have theirs go through ok?
any sugestions would be most appreciated.

You will need to search in the vouchers section. Aginst board rules to give the code on here!!

The 30% off welcome page simply stated "30% off everything". There were no exclusions shown on the page. You could explain this to them nicely and ask for the 30% - otherwise you could advise them that you would be going to trading standards with it. You did print off the 30% welcome page didn't you??
