DVD player connected to Scart 2 (Ext. 2) The player is set to output Component, i might buy a set of component cables instead of using a scart, but picture is great as it is.

In the manual, it just says (composite) video for Ext 2 Scart ??

Nope you don't get a vga cable, the tv has female connection on the rear.

Thanks for this, just remembered that I can just unplug my Acer LCD and use this cable :)

Make sure you go through the Auto PC setup in the actual TV, I was on the verge of taking it back until I found this and now my PC picture is perfect.
Thanks I am hovering on the point of buying the LE32R74BD, I assume you're referring to the LExxr41bx series?

    Help!

Received the tv, but can't get it to work. We're got cable tv at the moment through NTL, and OH plugged the cable into 'antennae in' - the tv located BBC news 24, but we're unable to get any other channels. We keep getting a message saying 'no signal'.

    I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Lois Lane, have you tried to manually tune the tv?

    It is!

Most questions can be resolved by simply reading the instructions. Too many people just can't be bothered - (or can't read says my more sarcastic mate)

OH was following the instructions, but the tv didn't do what the instructions said it should do, which confused things. The 'no signal' message came up when he tried to tune it manually.

I assume that the cable from the NTL box went into the Antenna In plug of your old tv?

Yes. OH also tried to reset, hoping to start again from scratch, and a screen appeared asking for a four digit PIN - nothing mentioned about a PIN in the instructions and we're not aware of having one for the old TV.

Anyone want a hardly used 32" LCDTV? (joke)
