The Admin Manager I saw said that HR would contact me and that no start date could be given until the CRB check is back in - I know that will be ok, but just wondered if I will get an offer letter in the meantime?
me me me me i work for the NHS
a girl who got a job in our dept had her start date put back for 4 weeks because the CRB took 8 weeks to come through. She was only allowed to start because she already worked in the doctors surgery and it was an internal application so she was deemed low risk or it would of been another 4 weeks  Im sure HR will contact you as soon as CRB is back
should of read on but i just hit reply and noticed youve had word i will still post lol:mad: sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.
I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long0 -

excellent news. I have had lots of waiting with HR in the NHS over the years. Once they even forgot to tell me I was the successful candidate. I was told at interview only the successful candidate would be informed so when I heard nothing I just put it down to experience. Only through a chance meeting between a member of staff and my neighbour did the whole situation get resolved..x x x0 -

:j Congratulations MOT - the NHS is an excellent employer with good terms and conditions. Make sure you join the pension scheme straight away. You wil pay about 6.5% but after tax thats only about 3.5% but your employer will pay 14%. It is too good to miss.
What a difference in a year - it is lovely to read how you have turned your life around.0
