e2save 7600 'free for 12 months' deal cashback

I bought a Nokia 7600 in Dec 2004 on Three via E2Save (free for 12 months) and was supposed to get a cheque back for £180 I thought this month (6*£30), but they're actually sending me one for £133 or something thereabouts. They claim I was on the £3.99 per month contract. Not a big deal, but I'm 99% certain I was on free for 12 months and that they're trying to screw me over, just wondering if I was the only one.
Is there anythign I could find that would have proof? I'm pretty sure that everything I received from them (paperwork + confirmation emails) conveniently didn't fully detail the offer, but if anyone else still has their paperwork and can tell me otherwise, I'll make a point of having a good look.

You can check online which offer you went for - go to http://www.e2save.com/faq.php?show=CAA#cashback3, click on Via the Internet then enter your surname and order number - it should then bring up the offer that you signed up for.
They had a number of offers during November/December/January on this phone (as did CPW) therefore the offer depended on when you ordered. It was on at free then switched to £3.99 at some point in December (discussed http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=14867&highlight=nokia+7600).
That said, if this does not match what you believe you ordered, then you need to go back to your original order/paperwork. Personally, I print off every page of the order to make sure I have a copy of the original offer that I am signing up for, but that is possibly something to think about for next time.
I hope that you manage to get your cashback.
