No, you shouldnt be claiming WTC at the same time as IS, plus I cant see that you have a qualifying condition for IS anyway.sorry ... all very confusing. It is done in my own home but surely I cant claim income support as claiming tax credits as i am working over 16 hours?? Or does it mean that my hubbie can claim the income based job seekers when contributions finish??
