sorry ... all very confusing. It is done in my own home but surely I cant claim income support as claiming tax credits as i am working over 16 hours?? Or does it mean that my hubbie can claim the income based job seekers when contributions finish??

so i take it i would not be entitled to anything else?
how do they expect people to live on fresh air?

24 hours at minimum wage is likely to be well over IS level; have you checked "entitledto" and have you applied for LHA?

No, you shouldnt be claiming WTC at the same time as IS, plus I cant see that you have a qualifying condition for IS anyway.

I dont envy your situation. You may be entitled to more WTC:confused:

Thanks ESA. So basically once the contribution based job seekers stops we will just be entitled to tax credits??? My NET income is about £5000 pa and we have 3 chidlren of our own so should get enough to get by on.
