BR traditionally increase Jan/Feb Mar - one court I used to deal with had 3-4 a week, than suddenly 10-15 a day.

But suspect it could be even higher than normal due to redundancies, etc.

is another issue perhaps that many iva's are failing? I think this is going to be such a big issue as so many people have been "sold" an IVA as the solution to all of your problems etc etc but have really been mis-sold these IVA's and are now paying for it and being forced down the BR route.

Maybe thats a job opportunity - a company to claim compensation for those who have been mis-sold IVA's! like the endowment claim companies to help those who were mis-sold endowment policies with their mortgages.
