Hi all
Been upgraded recently to their 10Mbit connection. Great I thought. But never been able to get anything above 4Mbit. And that seemed like a one-off. Most of the time I still only get about 2Mbit. On occasions, its been even slower. Speed tests to adslguide vary.
What have other people's experience been?
To add insult to injury, Telewest have now upped their price back to the old price for what should be a better service but is in actual fact for me worse.

I am getting on average 1.5Mbps.
Actually have just come off the phone to tech support. Apparently they say my model of modem doesn't support 10Mbit so someone will come out on Friday to fit a new one.
Just in case anyone else has this problem, my model is a Surfboard 3100.
roll on Friday.
Although no idea why it went at 4Mbit for a few hours!0
