Legal issues/consumer rights forum

Can't see this suggested anywhere when I search for it...

I've noticed that a lot of people are looking for legal advice when they need to return a product, get a refund, etc etc, and at the moment these tend to be spread around the Bargains, Vent and Rip-offs boards. There is even a sticky consumer rights thread (strangely in Bargains IIRC?) where people are posting new issues.

I'm suggesting a new 'What are my rights/legal problems' forum where people looking how to deal with traders (as opposed to just venting their anger) can post their issues in their own threads. It will also build up a database of knowledge/shared experience/letters/approaches that work/urban myths around consumer rights in one place.

Obvious disclaimers about any advice given not being legally binding of course!

    Sounds a good idea.
