02 Customer Services Number Please!!

Just got a new mobile on 02 and have tried to dial 402 for CS from my handset and it tells me to contact the number on the bottom of my bill, which I have not had yet. Any other numbers out there please??? Thanks.

Try 100 from your handset or 0800 0321402 from landline - ignore requests for input and hold to be put through to Customer Service Advisor.

If you contacted to O2 via certain retailers ( Carphone warehouse, E2save etc..) they do their own billing & C/S - their No. for example is 0870 111 7200
although of course this is no good for o2 direct or other retailers

or if really want to speak to o2 use 141 to withhold, so they don't immediately transfer you to that message

Everytime I've spoke to O2 Customer Services I have found them very efficent and polite.

What happend exactly when you called them?
