I had this problem for a while too but I was trying to enter it in the wrong box.
It is on the first page at checkout, there is a promotional code/voucher box. I was trying to enter it in the gift voucher box at first and it wouldnt take it!!!

When I put in the delivery code and clicked go nothing changed on the page, but then I clicked on update your basket (just above the checkout button) and the delivery cost turned to 0.00.

Thanks for this. I just placed an order. I had been umming & ahhing for a week or 2 but the free delivery clinched it. The free bags were a great bonus too.

I recieved my order but my oven trays were missing.
This is why it must have said part despatch. So I just recieved my stay fresh bags.
