Just had a letter saying that the baking tins I ordered 3 weeks ago have sold out and they won't be getting any more!

I ordered on 16 January and I'm still waiting for my baking tray as well.

The Customer services number on my Despatch note is 015394 88100

Am I the only one who can't get that number to work? I've tried from both landline and mobile :-(

Mine, ordered on 12 January, arrived this morning.

I'm amazed they've told you they wont be getting any more as these are a fairly new line and very popular. So I went onto their site and had a look, they are actually on 3 for 2 at the moment link here so I put one in my basket and it said "in stock". I think I would be questioning what they have told you!

    the number is definately 015394 88100 .
I have phoned it several times over the last few weeks. It is a very easy number to miss dial -as i have done this a few times.
Finally my tins are back in stock and despatched -yeah !

karen23 I would definately phone thyem up as the oven trays are still showing on the web site- both at the cheaper and dearer price.Good luck

Just dialled it again and got through! Really weird - I've checked on both my land-line and my mobile and I was dialling exactly the same number before

Anyway, my account is showing that the baking trays were cancelled for some reason and re-ordered - but there's no record of them being re-ordered. They're going to get them sent out to me now.

I rang Lakeland to chase my baking tins and nice man on the other end said "oops, we have loads in stock, I'll get them sent out today". 3 days later I got a letter saying out of stock and not getting anymore. Rang CS and lady said " hmm we have 3,500 in stock, one has already been sent out to you (it arrived 1 hour later) and promptly arranged for the other to be sent, which I have now received.

Ring CS and chase it up, not sure what Lakeland are playing at. The new leaflet I got at the weekend shows that baking tins at the lower price, so offer hasn't expired.

The bakgenius tins are fab, made a toad in the hole yesterday and it just slipped cleanly out of the tin.
    Nice to save.

I emailed Lakeland yesterday regarding the apparent out of stock tins and recieved a reply this morning saying they were sent out on 30th Jan! As an apology for the confusion and long wait they gave them to me free :j Very impressed, very pleased! :T Oh and the tins turned up about an hour later.

Thanks again to TomsMom for prompting me to contact them.

Oh wow! You lucky thing! I haven't used mine yet but my d-i-l also got one and says it is fabulous. She's thinking of chucking out all her old tins and starting afresh with the Baking Genius range.
